Flow Yoga

A great yoga all-rounder, Flow Yoga can be practised by beginners and experienced yogis alike. It’s a type of yoga that focuses on the connection between breath, movement and the mind. Physical benefits include strengthening the core and upper body, while additional wellness perks include a healthier heart and fewer symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga allows you to go with the flow, thanks to the smooth way that poses run together, linked with the breath in a seamless sequence. Not only does it keep you active, but it reduces stress, is accessible for all fitness levels and improves heart health.

Inside Flow Yoga

Inside Flow Yoga is perfect for those who believe that music is the ultimate gateway to our inner soul. During Inside Flow classes, practitioners gently move from one posture to another carried by the music. The process induces a trance-like, almost meditative state that creates harmonious unity between breath and movement.

Iyengar Yoga

One of the most intricate schools of yoga, Iyengar focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body. It does so through slower movements and an emphasis on quality over quantity, combining poses and breathwork to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. The physical demands of holding each pose helps practitioners build strength in body and mind

Hot Yoga

Turn up the temperature on your yoga regime by trying Hot Yoga. A form of yoga as exercise performed under hot and humid conditions, typically in a room where the temperature is set between 27 and 38 degrees, it improves physical fitness by giving your heart, lungs and muscles an intense workout.
